Privacy Policy

Stateline Brands LLC ("Stateline Brands", "we", "us") is an Illinois limited liability company that operates a portfolio of ecommerce brands. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it on statelinebrands.com and in Stateline Brands OS, the internal tool our team uses to manage our brands, including the social media connections it makes to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X.

Each of our brand storefronts, such as swolsociety.com, has its own privacy policy that covers shopping and orders on that store.

Information we collect on this website

statelinebrands.com is an informational site. It has no accounts, forms or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

Information we receive from social media platforms

Stateline Brands OS is used only by members of our own team to publish content to social media accounts that belong to our brands. When a team member connects one of those accounts, the platform sends us:

• Access tokens and, where the platform provides them, refresh tokens that let us post on the account's behalf
• The account's ID, username and display name, and for Facebook the ID of the Page an Instagram account is linked to; for Pinterest, the board we post to; for YouTube, the channel ID
• The list of permissions that were granted
• The IDs and links of posts we publish, so we can show them in our content calendar

We do not request or collect information about other people who view, follow or interact with our accounts, and we do not read private messages.

How we use this information

• To publish and schedule posts that our team has written to our own brand accounts
• To keep connections working, for example by refreshing tokens before they expire
• To show the status and links of published posts inside our internal tool
• To keep our website and tools secure

We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we store and protect it

Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are written to our database. Only our team can sign in to Stateline Brands OS, using company Google accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep connection data only while an account is connected. When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted. Records of posts we published to our own accounts are kept as part of our business records. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke our access to a social media account at any time from that platform's settings, or ask us to delete data we hold about you. See our data deletion instructions for the steps.

Children

Our website and tools are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
