These terms apply to statelinebrands.com and to Stateline Brands OS, the internal tool operated by Stateline Brands LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Stateline Brands", "we", "us"). By using either, you agree to these terms. Purchases on our brand storefronts, such as swolsociety.com, are covered by that store's own terms and policies.

The website

statelinebrands.com provides general information about our company. You may view and share it for personal and business reference. You may not copy it for commercial use, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use.

Stateline Brands OS and social media connections

Stateline Brands OS is a private tool for our own team. Access is limited to people we authorize, who sign in with a company Google account. It connects to social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and X, only to publish content to accounts that belong to our brands.

• Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage on behalf of Stateline Brands or one of its brands.
• Content published through the tool must follow each platform's own terms, community guidelines and developer policies.
• You can disconnect an account at any time inside the tool or from the platform's settings.

Intellectual property

The Stateline Brands name, our brand names, logos, designs and website content belong to Stateline Brands LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Our data deletion instructions explain how to remove it.

Disclaimers

The website and tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party platforms will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stateline Brands LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or tool.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
